In general, I have a very blessed life. I have a wonderful son and very supportive friends and family. A few years ago, things got difficult. I had several major abdominal surgeries. My husband was diagnosed with melanoma. For two and a half years, he fought hard against the cancer. He lost his battle on December 5, 2008. I am both struggling to find health, peace, joy, and God’s will in all this. This blog will be my way of chronicling my journey through it all.

Sing Through Me is a wonderful song by Jason Gray that perfectly expresses not only the despair I feel right now but also my prayer to God that He will work with me and through me.
